Move the body,
Still the mind.

My passion for movement and curiosity for the creative body began very young. Travelling to compete in all genres of dance, to teaching and choreographing in later years; this sparked the bliss to help, heal and educate all on the mind/body/spiritual connection.
After completion of a Kinesiology undergrad at Wilfrid Laurier University, I have been utilizing my skills contributing to the success of companies as a Personal Trainer & Health Coach. Gaining hands on experience while leveraging my expertise in business management, marketing, client relations, and program development.
This studio was born during the pandemic — a time when we all craved connection, movement, and peace. As a longtime fitness and yoga practitioner, I began hosting small sessions in my garage, simply trying to bring people together in a time of isolation.
What started as a temporary solution quickly became a calling: to create a space that blends strength and stillness, mindfulness and movement. Today, Othree offers a calm, supportive environment for people to reconnect with their bodies — safely, intentionally, and at their own pace.
Out of challenge came clarity. This space is the result.

Bali, Indonesia
This magical country is where my zen journey all began in 2020. Studying abroad has always been a dream; and gaining my RYT200 certification through an extensive month of spiritual training changed my life and all beings surrounding me since.
Collaborations - Burning Kiln Winery
I have had the privilege of collaborating with some amazing venues and people over the years; including wineries, breweries, sommeliers and other yogi’s in their studios! Have an idea? Spark it my way and let’s make it happen!

Special events - Private groups
I am absolutely honoured to be a part of your special events; it fills my soul. One of my forever favourites was the wrap up of a Bachelorette party! These lovely ladies had a brilliant idea to do a yoga class the morning after their wild festivities to recoup and take a moment to breathe and have some fun!
